E-mail: enter your email address (a valid email address is required to activate your account)
Password: enter a password (min 6 characters, please use numbers and letters only)
Verify Password: verify the spelling of your password
First Name: enter the member's first name (this information is kept private)
Last Name: enter the member's last name (this information is kept private)
Screen Name: chose a screen name of your choice (displayed in your profile)
Country: select member's country (displayed in profile)
Postal Code: enter a postal or ZIP code
Member Type: member types can be human, animal or spirit
Gender: (optional) select none, female, male or transgender
Life Status: select inlife or afterlife status
Inlife or Afterlife Start Date: select date of member's birth or start of afterlife
Show Age: (optional) click the check box to display member's age
Agree Check Box: this box must be checked!
Make Profile: select whether to make the profile public or private (private will only allow favorite members to view the profile)
Enter the text in the image: enter the numbers and lower case letters shown in the above Verification Image (lower case only)
and click the Sign Up button

Considering all fields were filled in properly, you will see this acknowledgment and an email will be sent to your email address:
Please check your email account to continue with the sign up. This email includes a link to activate and make the profile available.

AOL users may have to copy (Ctrl + C on Windows, Option + C on Mac) and paste (Ctrl + V on Windows, Option + V on Mac) the link into their browser's URL field.

The enclosed link in your email will direct you to the following page, verify your email address and activate your account:
Then click on LOG IN on the Main Menu
|
To log in, enter your email address and password you entered during sign up
Click the LOG IN button and you will be directed to your profile page
|
If you forgot your password click on "forgot your password?" in the LOG IN box and the following page will appear:
Make sure that the displayed email address is correct. If not, enter the correct email address and click Send Me My Password. You will receive an email from EterniaNow.com with your password information.

Once you are logged in, you will notice another menu below the Main Menu. This is your personal Member Menu for managing and editing your profile's content. NOTE: the colors of your member menu may change depending on the profile you are viewing

Edit Profile: Click Edit Profile to enter Edit Mode - Click View Profile to view your profile as everybody else sees it. This button toggles between these two modes which is remembered even after log off
Style: click to change your background image, box color and backgrounds, etc. or select one of our examples for a quick change

Inbox: click to manage your messages
Requests: click to mange your favorite member requests
Log Out: click to log out of your profile (returns you to your profile page)

MEMBERS: click to browse EterniaNow members
MP3s: click to browse and listen to member MP3s
VIDEOS: click to browse and watch member videos

LOG IN: click to log into your profile

When you are logged in for the first time, you will see something like this profile screen:

On your profile page, note the edit links in your box headers. These appear when you are logged in and in Edit Mode. Currently, most of these boxes have no content and only the respective headers are displayed and you are in Edit Mode.
You can toggle between the Edit and View Mode by clicking on View or Edit Profile in your Member Menu
