Little 'Ol Me
Lets see ... well I've lived in New Jersey all my life and am looking forward to some day moving out (hopefully to a nice warm climate)! I'm an only child of two very wonderful parents. Unfortunately I don't remember my dad since he passed away when I was 4 and 1/2. But I know some wonderful things about him and have always felt his presence with me throughout my life. My mom struggled as a single parent, but always made sure I was happy and secure! She was an angel and I miss her so much! She taught me well! I'm a lover of music and it has guided me and comforted me in ways no one could ever know. I'm so lucky I was blessed with two good ears to hear something very special when I hear it. I'm a very optimistic person and try to always look at the bright side of things, as difficult as it may be! I have been through so much tragedy in my life, but it has made me stronger and I wouldn't have changed anything that I went through! I'm a true believer in the fact that everything happens for a reason!
Forgive me for invading your eternianow space with this message....but I feel that it is important and I am trying to get the word out to as many people as possible. Thank You.

Please consider signing a petition at www.SpillFighters.com to induce President Obama, Governors and BP to Adopt Bioremediation for the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill. Bioremediation - Oil Eating Microbes to clean up the Gulf oil spill....it is a solution worth trying.
The gulf oil spill is a horrible catastrophe....it makes me sick inside when I think about all the destruction to our ocean....our planet is weeping....please consider taking a few minutes to sending healing energy to all the ocean's creatures....to our planet...to all those who are trying to help....thank you.

8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.
